Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your Peerify account at any time, entirely inside the app. It takes about 30 seconds and does not require contacting support.

    Open Peerify and go to the Profile tab.

    Tap the settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.

    Tap Account.

  4. 4

    Tap Delete account.

  5. 5

    Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

What deletion actually does

Your profile, photo, media and account are permanently removed. Messages you sent to other people are anonymised rather than deleted outright — they'll show as sent by a “deleted user” — because they remain part of another person's conversation. Reports and moderation records involving your account are retained for safety and legal reasons. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Include your account's display name so we can find it quickly.
